At Snuffy Pets, we want you (and your furry friends 🐶🐱) to be 100% happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
✅ Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (like grooming items, feeding bowls, or customized products) may not be eligible for return.
✅ Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval/rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
✅ Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size or want a different color, we’ll be happy to exchange (subject to availability).

Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days of delivery.

⚡ Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. In case of damaged/defective items received, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
